DIPT SVP

The Summer Vestibule Program (SVP) is a sampling program held at NTID every fall before the start of the regular school year. Students choose several of the most promising majors here at NTID and RIT, and attend sample classes from these majors. As SVP progresses, the students whittle down their choices to one or two majors, and take more intensive preview classes, before finally deciding on one major.

In the past several years, many students sampled the Digital Imaging & Publishing Technology major. In fact we have had to turn away quite a few students, due to our classes being full.
